Hlooo…. Buddies today we are going to have a special treat by taking mint rice… This is quick recipe, which will get in minutes. Some of the buddies will think, oh! Is it possible, but how it tastes?…but actually the taste and health benefits of mint was amazing. Child may not take mint because of its aroma, but try recipe like this which makes children appetizing.
Recipe requires the following ingredients:
Ginger
Garlic
3 Green chilli
Mint leaves
2 tablespoons of Oil
4 Cinnamon
2 Cardamom
4 Cloves
3 Star Anise
1 cup Cooked rice
1/2 tablespoon Fennel seeds
Required amount of salt
First we need to make a mixture of ginger, garlic, green chillies and mint leaves into paste. It is mixture which adds appetizing colour and flavour of dish. Add these ingredients as per your taste because ginger and garlic paste always gives a surprise taste to dishes. From here recipe started to make everyone hungry by blasting it flavours.
Put on stove and keep pan on it, add oil. after getting oil warm, add spices(cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel seeds) once it saute well and add the above mixture (mint, ginger, garlic, green chillies). Saute the mixture still it takes out the raw smell. The mixture is ready when the oil comes above on recipe. Yeah! The recipe is ready, but still we have a small process to do eatable. Hmm… That we need mix the recipe with cooked rice(the rice should not be hot, it must be some warm). Add salt as required. Ohooooo! Finally we got a super special treat
Serve it with Onions and curd.
