Mint chutney

Hloo guys, the today’s recipe is Yummy yummy 🀀 Mint Chutney 😍😍😍. Don’t waste time. Let’s do and serve it with hot hot rice 🍚.

Ingredients

3 teaspoon Oil

10 Red chillies

1 tablespoon Black Gram

1 tablespoon Coriander seeds

1 teaspoon Jeera

Mint leaves

1 Tomato

1 Piece Ginger

5 cloves of Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds

1 byte Asafoetida

Curry leaves

Recipe

Heat oil on pan. Put stove on slim add chillies on it. Take it out. Now add coriander seeds, Black Gram, Jeera, Asafoetida in it. Now take it out of pan.

Now on same pan add onions, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Mint leaves on it. Fry it well.

Now get every fried item into room temperature. Now add all fried items and grind it well.

Now put oil on pan, heat it and add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it. Turn off the stove. And mix it with grinded part. The recipe is ready

Serve it with hot πŸ”₯ rice πŸ˜‹

Paneer Masala

Hloo guys, welcome to our blogging channel. We had discussed about many nonveg recipes previously, but today I come here with veg recipe which vegetarian likes and loves the most, and it is one of the favourite dish of mine❀️.

Ingredients

200 gms Paneer

2 onions

3 Tomato

1 piece Ginger

15 cloves Garlic

4 Cloves

2 cinnamon

3 teaspoon Oil

1 teaspoon Garam masala powder

2 teaspoon Chilli Powder

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Salt(Required amount)

Water(required)

Recipe

Grind Onions and Tomatoes.

Grind Ginger and Garlic.

Now heat pan, add cloves and cinnamon. Now add Onion and Tomato paste and saute it well. Until it release oil around it. Now add ginger garlic paste into it.

Now add garam masala, Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt into it. Stir it well. Pour water into it. Leave it for 5 min.

Now add Paneer pieces in it. Put stove on slim and add mint leaves in it. Wait for 10 min.

Ok serve the recipe with rice, chapathi, rotis and enjoy your day.

Aatu Ratha Poriyal/ Mutton Blood Fry

Hloo buddies, yup! Hope you all are doing well, and a special treat for Sunday πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ that is mutton blood fry. One of special dish of my family which they loved.

Then the ingredients are

Ingredients

Blood cake

2 teaspoon Oil

1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

1 tablespoon Pepper

20 cloves of Garlic

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1and1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Garam masala

Salt (required)

Recipe

Cut blood cake into pieces. Now heat pan over stove. Add oil and mustard seeds wait for pop-up sound. Add curry leaves and smashed garlic and pepper into it.

Now add blood piece in it. Now stir it well by adding garam masala, salt, Chilli powder into it.

Put stove in slim for 7 min. Now open the lid and stir it once again. Now close the lid for 3 min. Finally the recipe is ready πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜‹πŸ˜Œ

A Quick Lunch Box recipe

Hloo guys, today we are going to know a special treat for every people, who are so much busy with their day to day works, it is one of the best thing especially for working womens and bachelor’s. Some times we do not have spend much time on making lunch boxes for kids as they like. Because of inconsistent of time, but this one makes them really happy.

And this is a special recipe which will get ready within 10 minutes.

Let’s start the ingredients are

Ingredients

1 cup Rice (1/2 hr soak)

2 tomatoes πŸ…

2 onions

1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

4 Cloves

4 cinnamon

1 Cardomn

1 bay leaf

3 teaspoon Oil

2 Green Chillies

1 tablespoon Chilli powder

1 teaspoon Garam masala

2 teaspoon Curd

2 cups Water

Recipe

Heat a cooker, add oil and spices , wait for few minutes. Now add onion fry it until it gets brown, now add Green Chillies and ginger garlic paste into it. Saute it well. Now add tomatoes in it.

After few minutes add chilli powder, garam masala and curd into it. After 2 min pour water into it. Once water starts to boil add soaked rice on it.

Now close the cooker and wait the cooker whistles upto 3.

Recipe is ready

Chapathi/Wheat 🌾 Roti

Hloo buddies, hope all fine, today a healthy special treat going to be happen. All ages of people prefer to eat because of health benefits in it. Yes, wheat we need to take wheat in our healthy diet to get Faster best result. Ok the soft and smooth roti we are going to do, fine then, the ingredients are

Ingredients

2 cups of Wheat flour🌾

Oil (3 teaspoon)

Salt(as required)

3 teaspoon Curd

Water (as required)

Recipe

Take 2 cups of Wheat flour add oil, salt, curd and mix it well. Now slowly add water on batches as need.

Then start to knead the flour and make it dough. Knead until the dough get smooth and nonsticky on pan. Leave it for 1/2 an hour.

Make small balls of dough and flatter the balls with either chapathi maker or roll the ball likewise flat.

Now turn on stove and heat pan, now put the flatter chapathi dough on it. Wait for few seconds and sprinkle oil around it. Heat on both sides until gets cooked.

Finally it is ready!

But you buddies will definitely enjoy this recipe.

Ok introduce our ingredients 😸😸😸😸

Ingredients

1 kg Chicken πŸ”

Oil

Spices(cinnamon, cloves, Cardomn, Bay leaf, Fennel seeds) as per masala required

4 Onions (large)

6 Tomatoes

1/2 cup Ginger garlic paste

1 cup Coriander leaves

1 and 1/2 cup Mint leaves

3 Green Chillies

1 teaspoon Garam masala powder

2 tablespoon Chilli Powder

1/2 cup Curd

1 πŸ‹

3/4 kg Rice

Water (1 cup rice = 2 cup water)

Recipe

Yes, we have started now

Start by soaking rice for 1/2 an hour. On other side, put a oil over pan add spices into it. Wait for pop-up sound, now add onions and fry until it becomes brown in colour now add Green Chillies in it, wait for 2 min and add ginger garlic paste into it.

Now saute it well until the raw smell go off. Now add tomatoes into it. Close the lid and wait for 5 min, now open and smash the tomatoes and add chicken into it wait a few minutes, add chilli powder, Garam masala and curd into it.

Pour water into it. Close the lid. Open the lid when the water started to get bubble and well boil. Now add thoroughly washed Rice into it.

Wait for few minutes and put stove on slim when rice and water comes to same level.Now heat a tava and put the biryani pot on it and put some weight on it. Wait for 10 min.

Hoo… Our spicy πŸ”₯ yummy 🀀 biryani is ready.

Boneless chicken

2 teaspoons Oil

1 teaspoonPepper

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

10 to 12 cloves Garlic

Chilli powder (required amount)

1 cup Coriander leaves

Recipe

First of all heat oil on pan and add thoroughly washed chicken in it. Add salt, turmeric powder and close the lid for 5 min.

Now add chilli powder, curry leaves and smashed garlic into it. Stir it until the water dry. Now add pepper and coriander leaves and leave for 5 min. Now stir it well by sprinkling water for every 2 min, make it dry until it changes the Colour.

It was been a great time for us. We enjoyed the occasion, with many special treats. From today onwards we are going to know recipe many regularly.

Today’s recipe is boti fry πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ€—πŸ€— many of people’s favourite treat. Ok guys the ingredients are

Ingredients

Boti

Salt

Chilli powder

Turmeric

Ginger garlic paste

Coriander leaves

Pepper powder

Garam masala

Recipe

Wash boti thoroughly, and cut into pieces, add boti, turmeric powder, Chilli Powder, salt into cooker and put whistles upto 6.

Now put a pan on stove and add ginger garlic paste into it. Then add the cooked boti and garam masala into it. Now make dry for 15. Add pepper powder and coriander leaves finally.

Now put stove on sim for 5 min, turn off the stove. The recipe is ready πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Hope you guys definitely, you people are going to take a tasty byte on your day. Yes! The recipe is Tamilnadu special treat πŸ˜πŸ˜…. That is Chettinadu special dish. This is one of the popular traditional dish.

Ok I am not going to waste your time buddies, let’s start…..

Ingredients

Oil

2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

1/2 kg mutton

Salt

7 Red chillies

2 teaspoon Chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1 teaspoon Pepper

3/4 teaspoon Jeera

1 teaspoon Coriander seeds

Curry leaves

1 onion

Recipe

Fry Pepper, Jeera, Coriander seeds and 4 chillies on dry pan. Grind it as powder. Keep it aside.

Now put a cooker on stove and put 2 teaspoon oil then add Ginger Garlic paste and turmeric into it. Now add mutton and close the lid for 5 min, it release water. Now add chilli powder in it. And Leave cooker to make whistle upto 6.

Fry onions, curry leaves and chillies on pan and add the cooked mutton in it. Now add the grinded masala into it. And put stove on slim for 20 min.

Finally the outcome was Chettinad Mutton Chukka.

Hloo guys, today Iam going to share a superb recipe, which is very quick to do and simple. The soup 🍡which makes digestion and good for health. Children must love this dish and eat again and again. It gives appetite by making good digestion. The ingredients are

Ingredients

2 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Jeera

5 cloves Garlic

Smash these three ingredients well and keep aside.

Lemon size Tamarind (mix it as juice)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric

Salt (required amount)

4 Red chillies

1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida

1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves

Recipe

Mix smashed pepper, Jeera, Garlic and tamarind, Salt and Turmeric powder into juice. Add coriander leaves in it.

Now heat pan and add oil wait to get hot and add mustard seeds in it. Now add Red chillies, curry leaves and Asafoetida in it wait for 2 min. Now pour the mixed tamarind juice in it. Now smash the Red chillies which is having in the recipe.

Finally wait for 5 min. Bubbles will arise on the recipe then put off the stove. The recipe is ready πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ‘Œ.
