Hey guys today we are going byte a special dish. Yeah! Chicken gravy 😋😃. As we all know chicken is a protein food to make a healthy diet. I think no one hates chicken especially children. This is one of my favourite dish with chicken. It is very simple and tasty one. Hope you all like it, try everyone. Ok let’s go to see ingredients required for it
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
2 to 3 Tamatoes
2 onions
2 teapoons Ginger Garlic paste
2 spoons oil( what you prefer)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 teaspoons Chilli powder ( as per you taste)
3/4 teaspoon Chicken Masala
Water(required amount)
Salt(required amount)
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Cup of coriander leaves
Preparation of Ingredients:
1. Chicken pieces (size as you like)
2. Tamatoes (cut into straight slices)
3. Onions (cut into straight slices)
Recipe
Let’s start the dish, heat the oil on pan and add ginger garlic paste saute it well . Add onions on it once onions turns gold in colour add chicken into it. And close the lid. Chicken releases water from it. Now add turmeric and salt. Wait for 2 to 3 minutes and then add Tamatoes into it. Smash the tamato on pan itself. 2 min later add chilli powder and garam masala in it.
Finally pour very less amount of water it. Because chicken already excretes water from it. If you pour more it becomes watery. For flavour add pepper and coriander leaves at last.
Within 10 to 15 min the dish will be ready. Finally you may serve it with Rice, Chapathi, Roti and Butter naan.

Don’t cook chicken for more time.if you did it you lost juiciness. The chicken will be tender.
