Pepper soup – Milagu Rasam – Miriyala Rasam

Hloo guys, today Iam going to share a superb recipe, which is very quick to do and simple. The soup 🍡which makes digestion and good for health. Children must love this dish and eat again and again. It gives appetite by making good digestion. The ingredients are

Ingredients

2 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Jeera

5 cloves Garlic

Smash these three ingredients well and keep aside.

Lemon size Tamarind (mix it as juice)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric

Salt (required amount)

4 Red chillies

1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida

1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves

Recipe

Mix smashed pepper, Jeera, Garlic and tamarind, Salt and Turmeric powder into juice. Add coriander leaves in it.

Now heat pan and add oil wait to get hot and add mustard seeds in it. Now add Red chillies, curry leaves and Asafoetida in it wait for 2 min. Now pour the mixed tamarind juice in it. Now smash the Red chillies which is having in the recipe.

Finally wait for 5 min. Bubbles will arise on the recipe then put off the stove. The recipe is ready πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ‘Œ.
