Yes, wheat we need to take wheat in our healthy diet to get Faster best result. Ok the soft and smooth roti we are going to do, fine then, the ingredients are
Ingredients
2 cups of Wheat flour🌾
Oil (3 teaspoon)
Salt(as required)
3 teaspoon Curd
Water (as required)
Recipe
Take 2 cups of Wheat flour add oil, salt, curd and mix it well. Now slowly add water on batches as need.
Then start to knead the flour and make it dough. Knead until the dough get smooth and nonsticky on pan. Leave it for 1/2 an hour.
Make small balls of dough and flatter the balls with either chapathi maker or roll the ball likewise flat.
Now turn on stove and heat pan, now put the flatter chapathi dough on it. Wait for few seconds and sprinkle oil around it. Heat on both sides until gets cooked.
Finally it is ready!
