A Quick Lunch Box recipe

Hloo guys, today we are going to know a special treat for every people, who are so much busy with their day to day works, it is one of the best thing especially for working womens and bachelor’s. Some times we do not have spend much time on making lunch boxes for kids as they like. Because of inconsistent of time, but this one makes them really happy.

And this is a special recipe which will get ready within 10 minutes.

Let’s start the ingredients are

Ingredients

1 cup Rice (1/2 hr soak)

2 tomatoes 🍅

2 onions

1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

4 Cloves

4 cinnamon

1 Cardomn

1 bay leaf

3 teaspoon Oil

2 Green Chillies

1 tablespoon Chilli powder

1 teaspoon Garam masala

2 teaspoon Curd

2 cups Water

Recipe

Heat a cooker, add oil and spices , wait for few minutes. Now add onion fry it until it gets brown, now add Green Chillies and ginger garlic paste into it. Saute it well. Now add tomatoes in it.

After few minutes add chilli powder, garam masala and curd into it. After 2 min pour water into it. Once water starts to boil add soaked rice on it.

Now close the cooker and wait the cooker whistles upto 3.

Recipe is ready
