Aatu Ratha Poriyal/ Mutton Blood Fry

Hloo buddies, yup! Hope you all are doing well, and a special treat for Sunday 😄😄😄 that is mutton blood fry. One of special dish of my family which they loved.

Then the ingredients are

Blood cake

2 teaspoon Oil

1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

1 tablespoon Pepper

20 cloves of Garlic

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1and1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Garam masala

Salt (required)

Recipe

Cut blood cake into pieces. Now heat pan over stove. Add oil and mustard seeds wait for pop-up sound. Add curry leaves and smashed garlic and pepper into it.

Now add blood piece in it. Now stir it well by adding garam masala, salt, Chilli powder into it.

Put stove in slim for 7 min. Now open the lid and stir it once again. Now close the lid for 3 min. Finally the recipe is ready 😋😌😋😌
