Mutton Chaap – Mutton Pakkati Emukalu – Markandeyam

Well, hloo guys hope everyone is good and enjoyed this New Year 🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉 fantabulously. And wishing belated Happy New Year 🎇🎇🎇🎈🎈🎈 This year must give everyone good health and prosperity. Buddies everyone will enjoy on their own time with their own SPECIAL TREATS. As well known, likewise I had enjoyed with my SPECIAL TREATS 😍😍😍😅😅😅😅.

Yes, I did very simple recipe for my family time and made everyone excited. We always enjoy our treats when, getting together. The recipe may be simple but sharing of love makes a special treat to us. Hahaha shared a lot of things today. I want to share my recipe buddies, the ingredients are,

Ingredients

1/4 kg mutton chaap

1 onion

1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

10 cloves of Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

1 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1/2 🍋

Recipe

Wash mutton Chaap thoroughly, heat oil over pan. Add chopped onion in it. Saute it well until it becomes golden brown colour. Now add the mutton chaap and wait for 2 minutes and then add Ginger Garlic paste. Now make sure that the raw smell of Ginger Garlic paste went off. Put stove slim for 5 min. This is the time to add chilli powder and turmeric powder into it. And pour water in it. Leave it for 8 min and add smashed pepper and garlic cloves into it. Finally put stove on slim for 20 to 25 min. Squeeze half lemon before doing put off stove.

Heyyyyy…… finally the treat is ready with very very simple ingredients.

Aatu Kaalu Paaya – Mutton Paaya – Lamb trotters

Hey guys, today another special treat 😍 Yahoo….. Famous dish for a tasty byte with Idly, Idiyaapam, Aapam. Yes, I had my lunch with this special dish. Ok, I am not going to delay anyway. Let’s start……..the ingredients are,

Ingredients

4 Mutton legs

2 tomatoes🍅

2 onions

2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

6 cashew nuts

3 pieces coconut

1/2 teaspoon Fennel

1/2 teaspoon Gasa Gasa(Chiffon Gauze)

1 teaspoon Pepper

4 Cloves

1 Cinnamon

Coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

4 tablespoon chilli powder

Masala Preparation

Grind cashew nuts, coconut, Fennel seeds, Gasa Gasa, Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon well. Make it as paste.

Recipe

Wash mutton legs thoroughly, make it cook by adding salt and turmeric in cooker upto 8 whistles. On another side heat oil and add onions and tomatoes saute it well and add Ginger Garlic paste into it.

And add the grinded masala paste, Saute it well until the raw smell go off.

Now add the boiled mutton legs in it. Stir it and add chilli powder in it. And fry it once and pour water, which is used to get from boiled legs.

Add coriander leaves and close the lid for 20 min and cook it in low flame.

Simple Mutton gravy

Hello guys, happy happy sunday buddies😃. Hope your day went with lots and lots of joy. I too enjoyed with my family, with a special treat😍. This is very simple recipe . Many of child might not like mutton. But try like this, children will start to like it when serves with hot hot 🔥 rice 🍚 . Ok, let’s start with knowing the simple ingredients which are going to be used.

Ingredients

1/2 kg mutton

2 tamatoes

2 onions

2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

Garlic (6 cloves)

Chilli powder ( as per your taste)

Salt (required amount of salt)

Coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon Mustard

1/2 Pepper powder

Lemon 🍋

Recipe

Heat oil on pan. Add mustard seeds and wait for pop-up sound. Add onions, fry it until it becomes golden brown colour then add Ginger Ginger paste in it. Saute it well. Now add mutton pieces in it. Add garlic cloves and close the lid for 10 min. Add tomatoes and make it smash. Then after add chilli powder into it, pour water to cook, leave for 5 min and add cup of coriander leaves and pepper powder, put stove on sim for 20 min. Finally, squeeze lemon for taste. Hmm ….. That’s it, the hot hot 🔥 gravy is ready to serve.

Hey guys, today we are going to know another dish with chicken 😻😻. One of the best dish which is loving to have by children, try recipe like this and make your family to take spicy foods with joy. This is one, which is quick and easy to do. The aroma and colour makes you appetize.

Hoooo…… I am not going waste our time. let’s start the recipe.

Ingredients

1 kg Chicken

2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

2 teaspoon chicken masala

3 teaspoon Chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Salt ( as required)

1 lemon 🍋

1 cup coriander leaves

2 spoons oil


Recipe

Heat oil on pan, add Ginger Garlic paste in it. And saute it well. Add thoroughly washed chicken, turmeric powder and salt. Close it with lid for few minutes. Then chicken will release some water and get half boiled. Now add chilli powder and chicken masala in it. Make sure that water must dry as well as the chicken should be cook well. If water required add little and fry it until dry. Squeeze lemon, Atlast add coriander leaves. Our spicy chicken dry is ready!

Juicy Chicken gravy 😻😋

Hey guys today we are going byte a special dish. Yeah! Chicken gravy 😋😃. As we all know chicken is a protein food to make a healthy diet. I think no one hates chicken especially children. This is one of my favourite dish with chicken. It is very simple and tasty one. Hope you all like it, try everyone. Ok let’s go to see ingredients required for it

Ingredients:

1 kg Chicken

2 to 3 Tamatoes

2 onions

2 teapoons Ginger Garlic paste

2 spoons oil( what you prefer)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

2 teaspoons Chilli powder ( as per you taste)

3/4 teaspoon Chicken Masala

Water(required amount)

Salt(required amount)

1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Cup of coriander leaves

Preparation of Ingredients:

1. Chicken pieces (size as you like)

2. Tamatoes (cut into straight slices)

3. Onions (cut into straight slices)

Recipe

Let’s start the dish, heat the oil on pan and add ginger garlic paste saute it well . Add onions on it once onions turns gold in colour add chicken into it. And close the lid. Chicken releases water from it. Now add turmeric and salt. Wait for 2 to 3 minutes and then add Tamatoes into it. Smash the tamato on pan itself. 2 min later add chilli powder and garam masala in it.

Finally pour very less amount of water it. Because chicken already excretes water from it. If you pour more it becomes watery. For flavour add pepper and coriander leaves at last.

Within 10 to 15 min the dish will be ready. Finally you may serve it with Rice, Chapathi, Roti and Butter naan.

Don’t cook chicken for more time.if you did it you lost juiciness. The chicken will be tender.

Mutton Bones soup 🍲

Hooo ……. Get ready to prepare yummy and tasty mutton bones soup. Hey guys, in this winter season enjoy your evening with yummy and spicy soup. Ok I am not going to waste your time anyways, let’s start to prepare yummy Mutton Bone Soup 🍲.

Required ingredients

Mutton bones 100gms

1 Tamato

1 Onion

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder

1/4 spoon Turmeric powder

1 spoon Red Chilli powder

Required amount of salt

1.5 lit of water

2 teaspoon Gingelly oil

Recipe:

Let’s starting ….. Go! Heat cooker on stove and add all ingredients together. Leave to make whistle upto 8. Switch off the stove and our recipe is ready 😃😃. How simple it is! Right! Try everyone this enjoy your day

Mint rice

Hlooo…. Buddies today we are going to have a special treat by taking mint rice… This is quick recipe, which will get in minutes. Some of the buddies will think, oh! Is it possible, but how it tastes?…but actually the taste and health benefits of mint was amazing. Child may not take mint because of its aroma, but try recipe like this which makes children appetizing.

Recipe requires the following ingredients:

Ginger

Garlic

3 Green chilli

Mint leaves

2 tablespoons of Oil

4 Cinnamon

2 Cardamom

4 Cloves

3 Star Anise

1 cup Cooked rice

1/2 tablespoon Fennel seeds

Required amount of salt

First we need to make a mixture of ginger, garlic, green chillies and mint leaves into paste. It is mixture which adds appetizing colour and flavour of dish. Add these ingredients as per your taste because ginger and garlic paste always gives a surprise taste to dishes. From here recipe started to make everyone hungry by blasting it flavours.

Put on stove and keep pan on it, add oil. after getting oil warm, add spices(cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel seeds) once it saute well and add the above mixture (mint, ginger, garlic, green chillies). Saute the mixture still it takes out the raw smell. The mixture is ready when the oil comes above on recipe. Yeah! The recipe is ready, but still we have a small process to do eatable. Hmm… That we need mix the recipe with cooked rice(the rice should not be hot, it must be some warm). Add salt as required. Ohooooo! Finally we got a super special treat

Serve it with Onions and curd.
